These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumora application ("the App"). By downloading,
accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lumora, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
2. Description of the Service
Lumora is an AI-assisted organizer and message scheduling app that allows users to create, edit, and
schedule messages to be sent to selected recipients via platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and
Email. The app may also provide AI-generated suggestions and content to assist users.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of all content you create, upload, or send using the App
- Selecting appropriate recipients and ensuring they consent to receive your messages
- Reviewing AI-generated content before sending
- Keeping your login credentials secure
You agree not to use the App to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or advertisements without consent
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any person or organization
- Send illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform policy
4. AI Features and Disclaimer
The App may include features that generate or assist with content using artificial intelligence. You
understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
- You must review, edit, and approve all content before it is sent
- You are fully responsible for any content sent through your account, including AI-generated content
5. Message Delivery and Availability
While we aim to provide reliable scheduling and delivery, we do not guarantee that:
- Messages will be delivered at the exact scheduled time
- Messages will always be successfully delivered to recipients
- The App will be available without interruption or error
Delivery may fail or be delayed due to network issues, third-party platform restrictions, API limits,
device conditions, or other technical problems. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or missed
opportunities caused by failed or delayed delivery.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or rate limits
- Use automated scripts or bots in a way that overloads or abuses the service
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
7. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions in the future:
- Payments will be processed by the App Store or Google Play billing system
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
- Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the policies of the relevant store (Apple App Store or
Google Play)
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if we believe that
you:
- Violated these Terms or the Privacy Policy
- Misused the App or engaged in suspicious activity
- Used the App for illegal or harmful purposes
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora and its developer (Edomania / Ediz Cezmi Capa) are
not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunities
- Any damages arising from message delivery failures or delays
- Content created, uploaded, or sent by users
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at
the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated
Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
